An outcast New York City cop is charged with bringing down Harlem drug lord Frank Lucas, whose real life inspired this partly biographical film. Frank once paid off a $50,000 tax lien for the champ, who would later appear almost every day at Frank's various trials. Peyton retreats and Lucas digs in. Nonsense.
